At this time we ship all orders via USPS First-Class Package Service.

Yes! Shipping & handling is a flat rate of $12.99 USD, or free for orders $60 or more. We ship USPS First Class Package International service which provides tracking and delivery time estimates. If you have any questions, please send them our way! staff@pannierhooks.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email.

We generally each order wtihin one business day (Mon-Fri). Any order placed after 12 P.M. PST will be processed the following business day. USPS First-Class Parcel generally delivers within 2-5 days. During a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.

We process all our orders via PayPal (you don't need an account with PayPal to place your order). Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, among other methods are all acceptible forms of payment. Additional details can be found on PayPal's website.
